Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fotowork.

I guarantee all work purchased from Fotowork is of the highest quality and ensure your purchase match the description on this site and your order is shipped within seven days. However, from time to time this may vary, if so, I will contact you directly.

VARIATION IN PRINT

The screen or mobile device you view this website on could change exposure and/or colour of works, however I assure all works are individually calibrated to my specifications to ensure colour integrity and clarity.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Each work is custom printed and framed, therefore I do not offer a refund if you change your mind. 

Although every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit, occasionally an item will arrive damaged.

I do offer refund or replacement if the work has been damaged during shipment.  Please contact me at hello@fotowork.com.au as soon as possible, within 7 days of receiving the work.  To obtain a refund or replacement I require proof of purchase and the purchase must have been made through this site.

In most instances the work will need to be returned and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Once I receive your order, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your replacement or refund after inspecting the work. 

If a replacement is approved, I will be in touch to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If a refund is approved a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  All refunds will be processed in AUD ($).
